In our PEI coaching sessions and preparation materials we focus on helping candidates demonstrate qualities that McKinsey is looking for in the best way. We help you pick the right stories for each dimension and provide guidance on how to tell those stories to fully reflect the skills that are expected from a McKinsey consultant.

In our PEI preparation course we open up the meaning behind each PEI dimension and explain how they are assessed, break down each PEI dimension into specific skills and levels of proficiency the interviewer will be looking for, provide interview simulations and story examples and guide you through common mistakes and ways to avoid them.

When a candidate is looking for both case and PEI coaching we offer a full learning program, that typically includes 5-10 coaching sessions, fully flexible and tailored to the candidate’s specific needs.
